Our Philosophy
We understand...

-
Our scholars’ lives are precious and must receive care from adults who are capable, compassionate, and caring--whose values enable them to be excellent role models.
-
Our scholars should experience various positive learning experiences, leading to an increased sense of competence and independence.
-
Our scholar’s education is extremely vital to healthy physical development, healthy daily meal regimens, eating habits, acceptable social skills, and cognitive growth.
-
Our teachers, drawing upon their training and experience, must create an appropriate, engaging, educational environment that carefully guides our children from one developmental level to another.
-
As educators and parents, we are a village and making an impact daily to contribute to and enhance the quality of education and nurturing offered at our academy.
Our Vision
Our vision at MAI Leadership Academy is to "prepare young scholars, who are tomorrow's leaders, to recognize their greatness through hands-on education and leadership skills, promoting individuality while instilling the importance of symbiotic relationships, which is the cornerstone of a thriving society."
